Talent Acquisition Specialist, UK

Join Mistral, a leading AI solutions provider, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent across various domains. You will oversee the end-to-end candidate journey, analyze data to identify trends and inefficiencies, and collaborate to improve the candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of recruiting experience, strong depth in recruiting for tech or high-growth settings, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
