About The Role

Join SpyCloud as a Principal Product Manager, where you will define and drive the AI-forward product strategy for our investigations capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Sales, to deliver innovative, AI-driven capabilities that help customers investigate threats faster and make more informed security decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading product strategy and roadmap development for complex technical platforms
  • Product launch and evangelism experience in leadership role alongside GTM
  • Experience building products for cybersecurity, fraud prevention, digital identity, threat intelligence, investigations, or adjacent security domains
  • Experience working directly with enterprise and government customers to understand workflows and validate product direction
  • Proven success partnering with engineering and data science organizations to deliver customer-centric products from concept through launch
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise SaaS products
  • Strong track record influencing executive stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment without direct authority
  • 5+ years of cyber threat intelligence experience, using OSINT and darknet data to investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents
  • Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products or features, including working with data science teams and model-driven capabilities
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS architecture and modern software development practices
  • Ability to interpret product analytics, model performance data, and customer usage data to guide investment decisions
  • Working knowledge of APIs, MCPs, data platforms, search technologies, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Knowledge of identity security, account takeover, malware ecosystems, credential theft, or criminal underground marketplaces
  • Experience with cybercrime investigations, digital forensics, fraud operations, or security operations center (SOC) workflows
  • Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning to investigative, security, or analytics workflows
  • Experience using product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Figma, or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, digital investigations, identity intelligence, or threat intelligence platforms is required
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into executable, AI-enabled roadmaps
  • Demonstrated leadership, influence, and mentoring capabilities
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical, data science, and business organizations
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed prioritization decisions in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation capabilities
  • Strong familiarity with AI/ML technology concepts, including model lifecycle, data pipelines, and evaluation metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, highly collaborative environment
  • Currently holds or is capable of obtaining top secret security clearance from the US federal government
  • Background working with enterprise security practitioners, fraud teams, or intelligence analysts
  • Experience bringing AI-driven platform capabilities from concept through successful market adoption
  • Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted user experiences in enterprise products
