About The Role

Join our industry-leading recruiting team as a Talent Attraction Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and inspiring top talent in Marketing, Creative, Business, and G&A roles. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies, build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent, and conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment. Additionally, you will create market maps and talent intelligence reports, run A/B tests on outreach strategies, and balance speed and precision in candidate engagement.

Identifying, engaging, and inspiring top talent for various roles.
Developing and implementing tailored sourcing strategies in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of top-tier talent using a mix of outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement.
2+ years of sourcing experience with a focus on quality high-volume outbound support for Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A roles
Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools (Gem and SeekOut)
Fluent in Boolean logic and skilled in CRM re-engagement searches to unlock value from talent communities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and iterating on sourcing strategies as business needs evolve
A Bachelor’s degree
Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
A long-running Duolingo streak (bonus points )
A data-driven approach that balances speed and precision in candidate engagement
