About The Role

Join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Principal, where you will serve as a strategic operational partner across business and personal initiatives. This is not a traditional administrative support role; you will manage complex calendars, organize information, capture detailed meeting notes, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency. You will play a critical role in managing priorities, streamlining communication, and ensuring operational continuity. This position is fully on-site in Longmont, Colorado, and requires flexibility for domestic and international travel.

  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to the Principal across business and personal initiatives, improving organization, prioritization, communication flow, and execution.
  • Own and manage highly complex calendars, shifting priorities, and communications across multiple entities, initiatives, and time zones, proactively creating structure around evolving priorities.
  • Design and maintain integrated workflows that connect the Principal’s personal logistics, investment activities, operational priorities, and public engagements, building systems and processes that create operational leverage.
  • The right individual is someone who naturally thinks in systems, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings a high level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, approachability, discretion, follow-through, and operationalization to everything they touch
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally-minded, proactive, and able to create structure within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Deep comfort operating with discretion, confidentiality, and mature judgment
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly within fast-changing environments
  • Must be willing to work on-site full-time in Longmont, Colorado
  • Intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and operational maturity are essential
  • Highly technologically fluent with demonstrated utilization of AI tools beyond surface-level administrative tasks
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, principals, or leadership teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished executive presence
  • Elite-level note-taking, information synthesis, documentation, and follow-through capabilities
  • Experience within technology, blockchain, venture, startup, investment, family office, or operationally complex environments preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 20–30%)
  • Proven ability to solve problems independently and operate with a high degree of ownership
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to create structure, process, and operational clarity
