Operations Associate (Pogun)

Join Pogun, a startup focused on building the credit rail for Bitcoin. As a Founders Operations Associate, you will work directly with the founder to manage priorities, projects, partnerships, travel, meetings, and the business development pipeline. You will also experiment with AI tools, build agents, and automate repetitive work. • Coordination of projects, priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure commitments are completed.
• Management of the CRM and support for the investor, partner, and customer pipeline.
• Building AI agents and workflows using Claude, Claude CoWork, ChatGPT, Codex, and similar tools to automate repetitive work.
• Ability to build or configure AI agents and automated workflows
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Linear, Slack and spreadsheets
• Strong working knowledge of modern AI tools
• Familiarity with CRM, project-management and productivity systems
• Exceptionally organised and reliable
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership
• Interested in startups, finance, crypto or technology
• A strong communicator in English
• Happy working across operations, sales and whatever needs doing that
