Data Product Manager

Join Blink, a mobile-first employee experience platform, as a Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will lead the data squad and own the future of BlinkIQ, our data and analytics product for frontline organizations. You will work closely with engineering, data, design, and go-to-market teams, and be the go-to person for all data-related questions within the company.

• Own the roadmap for BlinkIQ, prioritizing iterations that drive revenue and adoption.
• Evaluate and evolve how BlinkIQ is packaged and priced, working with commercial teams to understand customer value.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on data, enabling sales, customer success, and marketing with the knowledge they need.
