About The Role

Join Blink, a mobile-first employee experience platform, as the Head of Commercial Finance. In this senior role, you will work closely with the Finance Director and the executive team to drive strategic decisions and improve operational processes. You will own forecasting and financial planning, finance operations, and AI integration in finance. You will also work on commercial and strategic projects, including pricing, capital allocation, and fundraising. The position is based in London, with a hybrid work model.

Ownership of forecasting infrastructure and reporting rhythms, ensuring data quality and analytics.
Partnering with the executive team on strategic decisions, including pricing, capital allocation, and investment cases.
Leading projects related to pricing and packaging, capital allocation, and the annual operating plan and budget.
