Implementation Associate

Join Blink, a mobile-first employee experience platform, as an Implementation Associate. In this role, you will support the delivery of Blink to customers across the US, manage a portfolio of smaller customer implementations, and assist with project coordination and documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a new or recent graduate or someone early in their career who is passionate about technology and communication.

• Support the implementation of Blink for large-scale enterprise accounts under the guidance of an Implementation Manager or Enterprise Implementation Manager.
• Lead and manage the delivery of Blink for a portfolio of smaller customers, following the Blink implementation methodology.
• Act as a project coordination lead on enterprise implementations, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, tracking actions and deadlines, and following up with internal and external stakeholders.
