About The Role

Join Blink, a mobile-first employee experience platform, as a Product Designer. End-to-End Product Design: Own the design process from early concept exploration through to detailed specs.
User Research & Discovery: Get your hands dirty with research — running customer interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability testing to ground every design decision in real user needs.
Design System Stewardship: Be a guardian and contributor to Blink’s design system, ensuring consistency across mobile and web while evolving components to meet the needs of new product areas.
