Engineering Manager

Join Stellar Health as an Engineering Manager, where you'll balance technical contributions and people management. You'll drive the technical direction of the Beta Workflows team, support the launch of new products and features, and have a direct impact on improving patient access to healthcare. • Contribuer directement à l'amélioration des flux de travail des plus grands groupes médicaux, en étant responsable de la construction et de la livraison de logiciels.
• Diriger et gérer l'équipe Beta Workflows, en participant activement au recrutement et à la rétention des membres de l'équipe.
• Établir des normes cohérentes pour le code, les tests et la correction des bogues tout au long du processus, et gérer votre équipe pour faire de même.
• Expertise in a cloud platform such as AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure
• Experience with Django or with a similar web framework
• At least 3 years of experience managing software development teams with hands-on involvement in system architecture, design and performance
• At least ten years of total experience, with recent hands-on experience writing production level code (Python (preferred) / Java / C++ / Go)
• Expertise in relational databases, such as PostgreSQL
