Senior Product Manager (Enterprise Analytics)
Stellar Health · United States
About The Role
Join Stellar Health as a Senior Product Manager (Enterprise Analytics) and lead our Analytics Engineering team. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our data and reporting products, ensuring that our technical roadmap aligns with the business's most pressing needs. You will drive the Analytics Engineering Roadmap, define data as a product, standardize business logic, support QA and data validation, perform exploratory analysis, own the front-end data portfolio, operationalize data via reverse ETL, and collaborate across product squads.
- Drive the Analytics Engineering Roadmap, manage the backlog, lead sprint ceremonies, and ensure the team is focused on high-leverage modeling work.
- Own the requirement development for analytics layers, ensuring dbt models and Snowflake structures are treated as curated products with high standards for uptime, documentation, and usability.
- Lead the design, UX, and strategy for internal and external reporting suites, defining the standards for how data is visualized and consumed.
- You are a Strategic Influencer. You know how to convince others that data is a core pillar of the business strategy, not a secondary "afterthought" or a reporting request to be handled later
- You are known for your organizational skills. You take high-level ownership of projects and enjoy the accountability of driving them to successful completion
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to query data (SQL) and perform independent analysis to validate requirements or troubleshoot issues
- You value Reliability and Governance. You believe in Data Contracts because you want to build high-trust data environments that don't break when a software engineer changes a column name
- You are Operationally Minded. You get excited about data not just when it’s in a chart, but when it’s triggering an automated action in a CRM or a customer-facing tool
- A "Front-End" Eye for Data: Experience in dashboard design and a deep understanding of how business users interact with complex information
- You are a Product Manager first, Data Person second. You apply the same rigor to data products as you would to a user-facing app. You obsess over adoption, user feedback, and the long-term roadmap of your portfolio
- Experience with Data Contracts: Familiarity with using contracts or schemas to manage dependencies between data producers and consumers
- Conceptual Grasp of the Modern Data Stack: You should understand the workflow of dbt, Snowflake, and the role of Reverse ETL in operationalizing data
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within a data-heavy environment (Analytics, BI, or Data Platforms)
- Upstream Influence: Experience working with application PMs to influence system design for the sake of better data quality and consistent definitions
- The "Data-as-a-Product" Mindset: A proven track record of managing data assets with the same rigor as a software product (versioning, SLAs, user feedback loops)
