Senior Strategic Finance Associate

You will build and maintain financial models, analyze operating results and KPIs, support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, and lead initiatives on automation and process improvement for financial reporting. • Develop complex strategic and financial analyses, deliver financial reporting to senior management, and partner with key cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain complex financial and analytical models, including monthly forecasts and long-term financial planning.
• Support the annual budgeting & forecasting process, as well as ongoing reporting and variance analysis.
• Proven mastery of Excel and Powerpoint; Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker) a plus
• Experience building 3-statement financial models and providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 3-5 years experience in management consulting or investment banking, or FP&A at a high-growth startup
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience developing and delivering presentations
• Self-motivation with proven ability to work independently and autonomously with multiple functional areas
