About The Role

You will be responsible for delivering engineering solutions aligned with our technical and product long-term visions, building high-performing microservices, and collaborating closely with multiple teams. Deliver engineering solutions aligned with technical and product long-term visions, focusing on building solid and high-performing microservices.
Take ownership of the entire development process, from problem identification to solution implementation, production, and iteration.
Collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, contributing to the evolution of the platform from legacy to modern solutions.
Strong backend experience (Node.js, TypeScript and Python)
Experience working with AWS cloud platform (specially Lambdas, DynamoDB, SQS and SNS)
Experience working across team boundaries
Experience contributing to refactoring or modernisation efforts
Experience from a platform or enablement team
Experience in high-traffic/transactional systems
Experience working in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
Have a bias for action - you don’t wait for perfect clarity before starting to deliver
Are comfortable in a fluid, evolving environment
Are comfortable working with complex or legacy systems
Take ownership and drive your work forward independently
Are pragmatic - you know when something is “good enough” and iterate from there
Enjoy collaborating and enabling other teams to succeed
