About The Role

Join Capital on Tap as a QA Team Lead in Porto Matosinhos. In this role, you will shape the quality mindset of the team, coach and develop team members, influence stakeholder alignment, take ownership of quality standards, and drive AI tool adoption. You will work closely with engineering, product, and UX teams to ensure quality is embedded in every stage of the software lifecycle.

Coaching the QA team on best practices and domain knowledge to ensure they are self-sufficient.
Partnering with Development and UX teams to govern the feature lifecycle and ensure the QA team has the context to act independently.
Championing the use of AI tools across the QA team for test generation, data creation, and root-cause analysis.
