Senior Payments Operations Manager

Join Capital on Tap as a Senior Payments Operations Manager in Manchester. You will be responsible for architecting and running the newly created Payment Operations department, managing daily transaction workflows, scaling card operations, overseeing the UK Direct Debit scheme, and building strong control frameworks. You will also act as the primary operational contact for critical partners and define and track KPIs. The ideal candidate will have substantial leadership experience in financial services and card/payments scaling, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
