About The Role

Join our team as a Contract Recruiting Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, managing interview logistics, and providing a high-touch experience for candidates. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting activities and maintain hiring momentum. Additionally, you will maintain accurate candidate records, prepare interview materials, and support offer-stage coordination.   • Coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, managing interview logistics, and serving as a primary point of contact for candidates.
  • Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting activities, maintaining accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Tracking interview activity, scheduling metrics, and recruiting workflow status to ensure process efficiency, and identifying opportunities to improve coordination processes.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced recruiting environments
  • You enjoy being the connective tissue between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, and you take pride in keeping processes running smoothly
  • You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities, anticipate needs before they arise, and understand that an excellent candidate experience is built on precision, communication, and follow-through
  • As a contract Recruiting Coordinator, you bring a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and can quickly plug into an existing recruiting operation to make an immediate impact
  • Comfort working independently in a contract role with minimal ramp-up time
  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, or a similar scheduling-intensive role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first mindset
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, or similar)
  • Strong experience managing complex calendars and coordinating interviews in high-volume or fast-paced environments
