About The Role

Join our Central Program Management Office (CPMO) as a Program Manager. In this role, you will lead moderately complex, cross-functional programs spanning New Product Development, Beverage Innovation, and Go-to-Market Launch execution. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage program risks, and communicate program status to diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 2-7 years of experience in program or project management, proficiency in project management tools, and strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of moderately complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and milestone trackers, driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and blockers, escalating to leadership with clear context and recommended paths forward.
  • The ideal candidate is execution-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accountability and clarity drive results
  • 2–7 years of experience in program or project management, with a track record of successfully delivering cross-functional programs on time and on scope
  • Experience managing programs that span multiple teams or functions, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated execution discipline: strong organizational skills, reliable follow-through, and comfort driving accountability without direct authority
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems independently and apply structured thinking to drive outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey program status clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (relevant experience may substitute)
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
