About The Role

Join our team as a Staff Product Manager for Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR). In this strategic role, you will lead the ITDR vision, architecting a proactive defense layer for identity security. You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap, develop advanced detection logic, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness.   • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), prioritizing advanced detection algorithms and response automation.
  • Architect ITDR pillars, including real-time detection engineering, behavioral analytics, and integration with SIEM/SOAR ecosystems.
  • Build deep empathy with security practitioners to solve critical challenges in detection engineering and incident response, while maintaining strict accountability for product quality.
  • Experience: 12-15 years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record in Cybersecurity, specifically in ITDR, SIEM, or XDR domains
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, industry-leading compliance frameworks, identity-based threat vectors, and SOC operations
  • Analytical & Design Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to drive data-backed decisions, combined with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices
  • Product Methodologies: Deep expertise in agile development, product management frameworks
  • Global Collaboration: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the flexibility to work across multiple global time zones with diverse stakeholders
  • Deep domain expertise in IAM, IGA, PAM, or ISPM
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Entra)
