Marketing Coordinator (Programs and Operations)

Join our San Francisco office as a Marketing Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in field marketing, community engagement, campaign execution, and light office coordination. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, ambitious, and passionate about making complex logistics look effortless. You'll work closely with various marketing teams, support local community meetups, and help coordinate our San Francisco office.

• Coordination and execution of field marketing programs, community events, and campaigns.
• Support for email campaign execution, campaign setup, and tracking across various marketing initiatives.
• Assistance with office coordination, including supplies, organization, vendor relationships, and light upkeep.
• Familiarity with tools like Iterable, Luma, looker
• Proactive communicator who flags issues early and closes the loop without being asked
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication; you can coordinate across multiple stakeholders without friction
• Based in San Francisco; comfortable being in-person regularly
• Experience supporting events, field marketing, or community programs
• Strong organizational skills—you track tasks, details, and timelines without dropping things
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, events, or operations role (internships and contract work count)
• Experience at a startup or high-growth tech company
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
• Exposure to email marketing operations, campaign coordination, or lifecycle programs
• Fluent with AI tools in your day-to-day work—you use them to work faster and smarter, not as a crutch
• Experience in AI/ML, voice tech, or developer-facing products (a genuine plus, not a requirement)
• Background in community coordination, developer events, or brand activations
