Staff Product Designer

Join our fast-growing startup as a Staff Product Designer. You will be a core member of our design team, focused on creating innovative solutions for the home services industry. Your role will involve conducting user research, designing user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our product and the lives of our users.

• Expert knowledge and experience with driving and applying the end-to-end iterative design process including how to develop and use design research, user stories, journey mapping, wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals to achieve human-centered design solutions
• AI experience design: you understand how to make agentic workflows feel trustworthy, controllable, and clear to the people using them
• A love for solving complex product problems with simple design solutions, while balancing all facets of a user experience, such as strategy and research, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience collaborating with other designers to build a cohesive product
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; you have the ability to help your team and stakeholders understand the “why” behind your design rationale
• An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a range of UX, interaction and visual design, and idea generation or prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions
• Experience designing a modern SaaS or enterprise platform or one comparable
