Staff Product Manager (Exteriors)

Join ServiceTitan, the operating system for the trades, as a Staff Product Manager in the Exteriors vertical. In this senior individual contributor role, you will shape the future of how roofing, siding, gutters, and windows contractors run their businesses. You will develop expertise in the industry, define and own the product roadmap, architect scalable AI-powered solutions, and lead cross-functional teams. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the trades industry and help contractors run tighter operations and build scalable businesses.

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in enterprise B2B SaaS; experience in the trades or field-service products a strong plus
• Self-starter who takes initiative, operates with ownership, and holds themselves accountable to outcomes, not just outputs
• Comfort operating in ambiguity—you can make smart, well-reasoned decisions without waiting for complete information
• Strong instincts for workflow analysis: you can map how a business operates, identify where it breaks down, and design solutions that fit how people actually work
• Demonstrated ability to own a complex product area end-to-end—from ambiguous problem space through scaled adoption
• Strong analytical and communication skills—you know how to measure what matters, even in messy problem spaces, and translate that into clear direction for teams and stakeholders
