Staff Product Manager (Residential CRM)

Join ServiceTitan as a Staff Product Manager for Residential CRM. In this role, you will build a residential CRM integrated with scheduling, dispatch, pricebook, service agreements, and marketing. You will define and execute the product roadmap, lead customer discovery, guide pricing and packaging strategy, partner with marketing, build the customer enablement and onboarding model, and partner with sales and customer success. This is a general manager role as much as a product role, requiring leadership in all aspects of making ServiceTitan successful.

• Definir y ejecutar la hoja de ruta del producto para el CRM residencial, desde el modelo de datos central y la arquitectura del flujo de trabajo hasta las características de GTM impulsadas por IA.
• Liderar el descubrimiento del cliente con contratistas residenciales, CSRs y gerentes de oficina, y guiar la estrategia de precios y empaquetado en asociación con marketing de productos y finanzas.
• Colaborar con marketing en el posicionamiento, la estrategia de lanzamiento al mercado y ser el experto en la materia que necesitan para hacerlo bien.
• Background in vertical SaaS or serving mid-market/enterprise customers in high-volume transactional environments
• Deep experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle products - you understand how these systems need to work under the hood
• A genuine point of view on what AI-first product design means in practice, not just AI as a feature layer
• Comfort working close to customers and close to leadership - ServiceTitan has an active founder culture where product decisions get scrutiny and visibility
• 7+ years in product management with a track record of shipping from zero to scale
