GTM Enablement Manager
Glean · New York, United States
About The Role
Join Glean, a fast-moving Work AI platform, as a GTM Enablement Manager. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Product, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement, translating complex product capabilities into clear narratives, workflows, and trainings that drive adoption and revenue impact. You will design and build an AI-assisted enablement system, ensuring GTM teams are launch-ready and equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed.
- Proven track record translating complex, technical, or AI‑heavy product concepts into simple, compelling narratives, talk tracks, and trainings that GTM teams actually use in the field
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a high‑change environment, you can keep up with a fast product release cadence, find signal in the noise, and quickly determine what the field actually needs versus what would be “nice to have.”
- Strong familiarity with modern value‑based sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, or similar) and how product stories must align to business problems, outcomes, and proof points, not just features
- A systems thinker who gets excited about turning one‑off trainings into durable, AI‑powered enablement experiences, you think in terms of loops, signals, and workflows, not just events
- Solid understanding of how AI products work at a conceptual level (e.g., large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, knowledge graphs, security and permissions), even if you are not a deep technical expert, and curiosity about how Work AI changes selling and customer workflows
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS go‑to‑market roles such as product enablement, sales/revenue enablement, product marketing, solutions engineering, or similar roles with heavy product ownership and field interaction
- Strong project and program management skills: able to juggle multiple launches, stakeholder groups, and content streams while keeping timelines, dependencies, and success metrics clear
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools to design, deliver, or scale enablement, for example, using AI to draft curricula, build interactive labs, power self‑serve Q&A, or run lightweight, agent‑assisted certifications
