HR Business Partner

Join Glean, a fast-growing SaaS company, as a strategic HR Business Partner. In this role, you will support our go-to-market organization by translating business goals into people strategies that enhance performance, leadership, and organizational effectiveness. You will partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and related teams, using data to identify risks and opportunities. You will also coach managers on hiring, feedback, performance management, and team effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience, strong business acumen, and a passion for AI.

• Partnership with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and related teams to translate business goals into people strategies.
• Utilization of people data and business context to identify risks and opportunities across performance, retention, and engagement.
• Coaching managers on hiring, feedback, performance management, and team effectiveness, and supporting talent reviews and promotions.
• You are analytical, practical, and comfortable using data to guide decisions and build scalable processes
• You are an excellent communicator with a high-ownership mindset who thrives in fast-moving environments
• You bring strength in performance management, org design, talent planning, and leadership coaching
• You have 4+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience, including direct support of GTM or revenue organizations in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• You are skilled at navigating complex people matters with sound judgment, discretion, and compliance awareness
• You are AI-curious or AI-fluent, and excited about helping teams adapt to new ways of working
• You have strong business and commercial acumen, with experience supporting teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or RevOps
