Product Management Lead (Core Experience)

• As a Product Management Lead, you will be responsible for product strategy and execution, managing and growing a team of product managers.
• You will deliver best-in-class products for finding, curating, sharing, discovering, and managing knowledge, and play a key role in shaping the product roadmap.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and build category-defining tools, while driving customer-focused decisions and efficient execution.
• You are mission-first and understand that your success is measured by your product and team’s success
• You are an early adopter in building with or adopting AI for your own product craft and you are excited about helping customers accelerate their own AI adoption journey
• You have a strong technical background and excel at analytical thinking
• You have 10+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises with responsibilities spanning customer-facing surfaces and features as well as internal capabilities and services. Experience working on collaboration, productivity, or ML/ranking tools is a plus
