About The Role

Join Glean, a company dedicated to transforming work with AI. As a Strategic Account Executive for the Southeast region, you will drive new business and growth within major enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and closing new logos, navigating complex organizational structures, collaborating with internal partners, and delivering on revenue targets. You should have at least 8 years of closing experience in sales, a track record of being a top performer, and experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.

  • Develop tailored strategies to break into and expand major accounts, driving new business and growth within the territory.
  • Source and close net new logos within a given territory, navigating complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward, ensuring customer success and consistently delivering ARR revenue targets.
  • Previous experience building relationships and selling face to face to C level executives
  • You have previous experience working with multiple teammates including SEs, BDRs, PMs, Executives & Engineers
  • 8+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of being a top performer
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDIC and Challenger (or similar) methodologies is a plus
  • Have clear examples of closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud based software solutions
  • Knowledge of best of breed softwares and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security and analytics
  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure is a plus
  • Effectively use a repeatable method for uncovering greenfield opportunities and building out a new territory
  • Ability to learn, pitch and demonstrate a highly technical product and have the ability to adapt in a fast growing and changing environment
