Senior Software Developer (Cision, Software Engineer, AMER, Canada)

Join Cision, a leading global provider of earned media software and services. As a Senior Software Developer, you will work closely with product, design, and data science teams to develop and enhance applications using AI intent within a spec-driven development framework. You will be a technical expert, orchestrating AI agents to generate production-ready code and automated tests, and providing recommendations on best practices for AI-native workflows. You will also collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to meet product objectives and refine specs, while maintaining a "Test First" mentality. Additionally, you will mentor less experienced engineers and foster a collaborative culture based on trust and respect.

• Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to develop and enhance applications, managing AI intent within a spec-driven development framework.
• Orchestrate AI agents to generate production-ready code and automated tests, utilizing multi-LLM workflows for code verification and quality assurance.
• Provide recommendations on best practices for AI-native workflows while ensuring code maintainability, security, and performance.
