In this role, you will work closely with product, design, and Principal Engineers to develop and enhance applications using AI intent within a spec-driven development framework. You will orchestrate AI agents to generate production-ready code and automated tests, provide recommendations on best practices for AI-native workflows, and mentor senior engineers. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to shape product roadmaps and ensure all AI-generated solutions adhere to strict security, performance, and maintainability standards.

• Collaborate with product, design, and Principal Engineers to develop and enhance applications by managing AI intent within a spec-driven development framework.
• Orchestrate AI agents to generate production-ready code and automated tests, utilizing multi-LLM workflows for code verification and quality assurance.
• Provide recommendations on best practices for AI-native workflows while ensuring code maintainability, security, and performance.
• Front-end framework such as React
• Expert in RESTful web services
• Advanced Git experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field and eight (8) or more years of experience in solution delivery and technical leadership
• Long-time experience Unit Testing
• Advanced mastery of GitHub Copilot Agent Mode, SDD, and AI-driven debugging
• Expert knowledge of .NET 6+ with C#
• Expert in SQL
• Advanced knowledge in messaging & queuing
