Als Business Success Specialist:in bist du der strategische Partner für Kfz-Werkstätten in unserem Netzwerk und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Leistung zu verbessern, die Auslastung zu erhöhen und die Verkaufszahlen zu steigern. Du solltest Erfahrung im Ersatzteil- oder Aftermarket-Umfeld haben und kommunikationsstark sowie kundenorientiert sein.

• Beratung und Optimierung des Ersatzteilgeschäfts, Unterstützung und Erreichung von Umsatzzielen im Teilebereich, Umsetzung von Business- und Qualitätsstandards.

**Dein Profil**

• Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche, z. B. als

• Serviceassistent, Mitarbeiter im Teile‑/Ersatzteilservice, Serviceberater, Kfz‑Servicetechniker,
• Kfz‑Mechatroniker, Karosseriebauer oder Werkstattleiter (m/w/d)

• Ausgeprägte Coaching‑ und Vertriebsfähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit, andere zu überzeugen und nachhaltig zu beeinflussen
• Sehr gute Kommunikations‑ und Präsentationskompetenz
• Hohe digitale Affinität und Offenheit gegenüber neuen Technologien
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit nachweislichen Vertriebserfolgen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

**Rahmenbedingunen**

• Einsatzgebiet: Kiel, Lübeck, Flensburg
