About The Role

Join MSX International, a leading company in the automotive industry. As a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice, you will gain valuable workplace experience and a nationally recognized qualification while supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the organization. This hybrid role offers flexibility and opportunities for career progression.

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, post) and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and booking rooms, and support meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**

Essential

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable

  • Previous experience in an office or customer service environment
  • Understanding of administrative processes
  • GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English

**Progression Opportunities**

Successful completion of the Level 3 apprenticeship may lead to a permanent role, further development, or progression into roles such as Administrator, Team Coordinator, or Office Manager.
