Client Services Specialist

Join DriveWealth, a leading fintech company, as a Client Services Specialist. In this critical role, you will ensure operational excellence and a seamless experience for our global B2B clients. You will oversee daily operational support functions, act as the primary escalation point for complex inquiries, and work cross-functionally with various teams to implement a scalable support model. Your success will contribute to client satisfaction and the overall stability of the firm.

• Series 24 or ability to obtain
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Finance, Business, Technology) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Financial Services and/or Fintech, with specific experience in self-clearing, omnibus clearing, or correspondent clearing relationships
