People Business Partner

Join our team as a People Business Partner, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR partnership for our Customer Experience, Data, and G&A teams. This role requires building trust in real-time, solving complex problems, and scaling people practices across fast-moving organizations. You will be the go-to strategic sounding board for managers on various HR topics and will report to the Manager, People Business Partner. This is an in-person position based in our NYC headquarters.

• Experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• You make decisions and move: you don't wait for perfect information, you set a direction, ship something, and iterate based on what you learn
• 3+ years in HR business partnering or people operations, with a track record of owning performance management and employee relations independently
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools for people analytics, engagement insights, workforce planning, and streamlining workflows that enable you to invest your time in high impact, high judgement tasks
• Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into strategic actions that drive measurable business and people outcomes
