About The Role

Join GlossGenius as a Product Manager and play a key role in transforming our core product into an intelligent system that works on behalf of businesses. In this high-ownership role, you will define the next generation of the product, drive it from concept to launch, and use AI as a core part of your decision-making process. You will also own a continuous improvement loop, align and energize cross-functional teams, and communicate strategy and priorities across the company. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of product management experience, technical and design fluency, and a strong analytical mindset.

Already using AI as a structural part of how you work: for synthesis, spec writing, competitive research, and decision-making, with a clear point of view on what AI makes possible in the product itself
Thrives with ownership and limited process; energized by a blank canvas, doesn't need structure to do their best work, and treats ambiguity as the job, not an obstacle to it
3+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning complex, high-impact product areas end-to-end, not contributing to a team that owned them
Technical and design fluency; comfortable discussing architecture trade-offs with engineers and pushing back on design decisions with a clear rationale
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify what's actually driving outcomes and use quantitative signals to prioritize decisions, not just validate them
