Senior Business Recruiter

Join Genius AI, a fast-growing technology company, as a Senior Business Recruiter. In this role, you will own the full cycle of recruiting across various roles and levels, act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, and build pipelines and processes to improve our hiring practices. You will report to the Senior Manager of Business Recruiting and work in-person at our NYC headquarters.

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth technology company, with a track record of closing strong candidates across a mix of functions and seniority levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write outreach that converts and give feedback that lands clearly
• Comfortable making calls with incomplete information and moving quickly without losing quality, whether that means pushing a hiring manager toward a faster decision or restructuring a search that isn't working
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail, able to manage a high volume of requisitions without letting candidates or hiring managers fall through
• Track record of providing a genuinely high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers, treating recruiting as a relationship function rather than a transaction
• Proven experience building AI-powered recruiting workflows that changed how you source, engage, or manage pipeline
