About The Role

Join GlossGenius, a rapidly growing platform in the beauty industry. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will own a multi-team domain, set the technical direction, and connect engineering work to business outcomes. You will report to the Director of Engineering and be responsible for driving complex initiatives, shaping the technical vision, influencing the roadmap, developing future leaders, and partnering with product and design. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of engineering experience, strong technical judgment, and a track record of developing engineers.

8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3+ years managing or leading software engineering teams in a high-growth product environment
Strong technical judgment: you can evaluate architectural trade-offs, earn the respect of strong engineers, and make difficult technical decisions under uncertainty
You connect engineering decisions to customer outcomes
Demonstrated ability to develop engineers: you've invested in people and can show what they went on to do
