Strategy Associate (New Bets)

• Développer des stratégies et des plans pour l'expansion de nouvelles lignes de produits, en alignement avec les objectifs à court et à long terme de l'entreprise.
• Construire le cas commercial de manière exhaustive, en validant les thèses par rapport à la taille du marché, à l'analyse des concurrents et aux données clients.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de l'entreprise, y compris le produit et la technologie, les finances, le juridique, le risque et la conformité, pour assurer la mise en œuvre réussie des initiatives.
• 3+ years in consulting, banking, or a high-growth company in a commercial, product, or strategy roles, ideally with exposure to regulated financial services
• Good judgement with AI tools, using them to compress analysis and production cycles (modelling, decks, research), not just to generate output
• An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine comfort driving things on your own and learning fast
• Fast learner and self-starter: Comfortable working alone
