About The Role

Join Reality Defender as a UX Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in bridging product strategy, design, and engineering. You'll own end-to-end UX design and rapid prototyping for new product initiatives, build interactive prototypes, and advocate for usability and accessibility. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to define customer experiences and validate technical feasibility. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-moving startup environment.

Expertise with Figma and modern prototyping tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX design and front-end implementation
Experience building interfaces using React, TypeScript, or similar front-end frameworks
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and comfort in a fast-moving startup environment
Ability to rapidly move from concept to prototype
5+ years designing and building modern SaaS applications
Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and accessibility
Nice to have: enterprise software design experience, AI or cybersecurity product experience, familiarity with design systems and component libraries, user research/usability testing experience, or motion/interaction animation experience
