(Principal) AI Solution Architect

Join our team as a (Principal) AI Solution Architect, where you will lead a small team of solution engineers and work closely with customers to solve their challenges using our state-of-the-art computer-vision AI pipeline. You will develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer-specific requirements, manage customer inquiries, and improve team efficiency. This position offers a cool office in the heart of Berlin, a gym membership, and a public transport package.

• Lead a small team of solution engineers to develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer specific requirements.
• Demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify customer issues and opportunities for product improvements.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via our ticketing system and email, improving team efficiency.
• You must have a passion for great customer experience and strong technical skills
• Knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments
• Experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments
• More than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support or other technical roles with customer contact
• You have strong communication skills
• We expect a very low frequency of travel of less than once per month
• Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems is a plus
• A good understanding of hardware is a plus
• You are fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
• At least 10 years of experience as a consultant or software developer
