• Own the end-to-end revenue and accounts receivable cycle in NetSuite, ensuring sales orders are raised promptly, invoices reflect the correct FRS102 revenue recognition treatment, and the AR ledger is reconciled monthly.
• Drive the month-end close to a defined timetable, completing the close by working day four and ensuring all balance sheet reconciliations are evidenced and reviewed by working day seven.
• Manage UK VAT compliance from preparation through to filing, maintaining audit-ready workpapers at all times and ensuring every return is reconciled, accurate, and submitted on time with no penalties.
