As a People & Talent Ops Specialist, you'll own People reporting and analytics, support day-to-day operations, and drive employee engagement. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights and wants to make a real impact.

Own People reporting and analytics, building and maintaining dashboards on retention, attrition, engagement, and other core KPIs.
Partner with the Talent team to bring hiring and pipeline data together with People data, giving a single, joined-up view of the employee lifecycle.
Run the day-to-day operations of Lattice, supporting performance review cycles and analysing the resulting data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
