• Triage, prioritise, route, and keep stakeholders informed on everything coming into SYSSEC, applying an ITIL/ITSM lens to how work arrives, gets handled, and gets resolved.
• Look for recurring patterns, find root causes, and change the conditions that created them, through better templates, self-serve paths, proactive communication, and process work that makes repeat tickets rarer over time.
• Contribute to platform design, support infrastructure decisions, and build the technical foundations needed to take on bigger challenges over time.
