Software Tech Lead

As the Technical Lead for our new software-based quantum error correction stack, DF-AMO, you will own the technical development of this product, working closely with various teams and shaping the technical roadmap. • Technical development of the software-based quantum error correction stack, DF-AMO, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
• Collaboration with engineering, research, product, and customer teams to turn industry-leading decoding technology into a production-ready system.
• Mentoring and developing a growing team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and delivery.
• Comfortable learning quantum error correction fundamentals to enable close collaboration with our QEC research teams
• Experience line managing other engineers
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with a diverse team
• Experience delivering complex software products from concept through to deployment and customer adoption
• Performant multi-process software
• GPU-accelerated computing
• Modern compiler infrastructures
• Excellent software skills, particularly in C++, with Python experience also being beneficial
• Proven experience in leading small to medium technical efforts (5+ people)
