Senior Software Engineer (C++)

• Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et tester des solutions innovantes de traitement d'images/analyse/apprentissage automatique pour relever les défis de la microscopie à l'échelle nanométrique.
• Diriger la livraison de solutions logicielles de haute qualité à l'échelle de l'entreprise, en veillant à ce que le code soit clair, bien documenté et testable.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interdisciplinaires, y compris l'ingénierie logicielle, la gestion de produit, la biotechnologie, la chimie et le matériel, pour garantir une intégration et un alignement sans faille des objectifs.
• Masters degree
• Experience in machine learning pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM software development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics or related field
• Solid understanding of multi-threaded programming, memory management, and performance optimization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in modern C++ (C++14/17/20) and low-level programming
• Minimum of 5 years experience/demonstrated expertise developing image processing algorithms/applications (low level, analysis, image understanding) as a Software Engineer or in a similar role
• Experience of developing embedded software/hardware-software integrated solutions
• Programming skills in Python
• Experience of developing microscopy/scientific software
