Finance Project Manager Franchise

Join Decathlon, a global leader in sporting goods retail, as a Finance Project Manager for our Franchise Model. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming our financial architecture to support our ambitious growth strategy. You will lead the project scoping, coordinate the execution of finance-related tasks, and contribute to the definition of the operating model for the franchise business. Your expertise in project management and accounting will be key to driving the success of this new business model.

• Lead the project scoping, estimate the costs of the various required solutions, and prioritize topics based on the secured budget and potential risks.
• Coordinate the execution of the Finance lot for the upcoming Franchise projects (activation, transformation) listed in the United Franchise Roadmap.
• Contribute to the definition of the Operating Model for the Franchise Business Model, with a strong focus on external client billing and automated invoicing.

It will be key to understand business needs and translate them into concrete actions. Formalization is key to materialize needs and propose scenarios/options triggering the right decisions.
