JOB OFFER KNIT COMPONENT GLOBAL STRATEGIC BUYER

Join Decathlon as a Global Strategic Buyer for Knit Components. In this role, you will build and manage a 5-year purchasing strategy, lead global sourcing activities, and enable data-driven decision-making. You will work with a multicultural team and have a passion for process optimization and sustainable development. A master's degree in engineering and/or business, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in textile components and/or purchasing, is required.

• As a Component Strategic Buyer, your role is to deliver and deploy a global 5-year Purchase Strategy embracing all topics and stakes embodied in our Corporate project.
• Responsible for building the component KNIT Supplier Panel of Decathlon, you write a Worldwide Purchasing Strategy based on forward Risk Management methodology.

• Master degree in Engineering and/or Business
• A successful experience of min 3 years in component Textile and/or in Purchase
• Strategic and long term vision mindset
• You are strong in functional management
• Managerial courage, you are able to convince
• Indus lover and curious: you like to go On site
• Organized and rigorous, you are at ease with figure and data analysis
• Sustainable development motivation
• English is a must!
• Excel / Slides proper command will be necessary

• Production Countries: Process Leaders and Production Team Managers
