Field Implementation Consultant I (English & French Speaking)

Join Lightspeed, a leading cloud commerce platform, as a Field Implementation Consultant in Paris. You will provide on-site service and technical assistance for our Point of Sale products in the hospitality industry. Your role will involve facilitating hardware implementation, conducting training sessions, troubleshooting technical issues, and representing Lightspeed to our customers. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to our customers' success.

• Travel to customers’ locations to facilitate their implementation of the hardware and provide technical support.
• Plan and organize onsite training sessions with business owners, management team, and/or staff on the front end of the POS system.
• Guide customers onsite through their setup, implementations and integrations.
