Senior Finance and Strategy Analyst (Consumer)

• Ownership of the end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial deliverables for Consumer OpEx, ensuring precision and on-time delivery.
• Building and maintaining driver-based financial models that quantify risks, opportunities, and scenario outcomes for Consumer leadership.
• Leading the preparation and presentation of financial analyses during business reviews, converting complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
• History of partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, or Design teams to align financial plans with business priorities and influence resource allocation
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
• Experience in a high-growth tech, fintech, or financial services environment with comfort operating across multiple concurrent workstreams
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance with direct ownership of OpEx planning (headcount, marketing spend, product operations, or similar categories)
• Track record managing operating large expense budgets, delivering forecasts, and producing variance analysis that informed executive decisions
• Demonstrated experience building driver-based financial models and scenario analyses in Excel, with proficiency in SQL for data analysis and at least one planning tool (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite)
