Senior Staff Product Designer

Join the Simple Trade team as a Senior Staff Product Designer, where you will revolutionize the trading experience for millions of users. You will own large, multi-quarter initiatives across our entire app experience and underlying information architecture, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and senior design leadership. Your responsibilities will include leading large initiatives to rethink and redesign core trade flows, translating diverse team needs into a unified, scalable system, and driving complex projects from problem framing to launch. You should have 10+ years of product design experience, a strong systems thinking orientation, and comfort working in complex problem spaces like trading and financial products.

• A strong systems thinking orientation: you’ve designed across complex product architectures, not just isolated features, and can show how your work reorganized or simplified entire flows
• 10+ years of product design experience, including staff‑level or equivalent scope owning major end‑to‑end product areas
• Comfort working in complex problem spaces like trading, financial products, or marketplaces; you don’t need to be a trading expert on day one, but you should have a strong interest in markets and a willingness to learn quickly
• Proven ability to operate in high‑visibility, “special project” contexts with senior stakeholders and executive attention, navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
• Experience working on trading, investing, or financial tools (e.g., brokerage, options, prediction markets, gaming economies, or other complex decision‑making products)
• Background in or exposure to crypto trading or onchain markets, including familiarity with order types, charts, and how customers evaluate positions
• Experience in environments where you needed to balance regulatory, risk, or compliance constraints with delivering excellent user experiences
• Prior collaboration with specialized product creative or brand design partners to deliver high‑polish experiences
