About The Role

Join Coinbase as a Solutions Architect on the Sales, Trading and Prime team. In this role, you will bridge technical field engagement with hands-on software development, working directly with customers and contributing to open source projects. You will architect distributed systems solutions, lead customer implementations, and drive collaboration with product and engineering teams. Candidates should have experience with blockchain, crypto, or trading systems, and a degree in computer science with 3+ years of software engineering experience.

Collaborate with customers as a trusted technical advisor, guiding them in building on Coinbase services and APIs.
Architect distributed systems solutions for complex customer needs and build open source SDKs and reference implementations.
Lead customer implementations end-to-end, delivering technical presentations, resolving roadblocks, and partnering with support teams to ensure success.
Experience with blockchain, crypto, or trading systems
Degree in computer science and 3+ years of software engineering experience, including expert-level proficiency with REST and WebSocket APIs and production experience with Golang
Demonstrated ability to independently scope customer requirements and deliver working solutions under tight timelines
Proven track record designing and building integration solutions across modern and legacy systems for complex, ambiguous customer problems
Track record of translating complex technical needs into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product, and engineering teams
Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
