Senior Talent Partner

Join Plooto as a Senior Talent Partner, where you'll work directly with the Chief People Officer and business leaders to shape the future of talent acquisition. You'll lead full-cycle hiring, develop sourcing strategies, coach hiring managers, and design structured interview experiences. This is a 6-9 month fixed-term opportunity with the potential for future investment in exceptional talent.

• Partner directly with the Chief People Officer and business leaders to build the next chapter of Talent at Plooto, including making exceptional hiring decisions and designing thoughtful interview experiences.
• Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and business functions, developing sourcing strategies that consistently uncover exceptional talent and coaching hiring managers to become stronger interviewers.
• Help define what an AI-native recruiting function looks like by identifying, implementing, and continuously improving practical AI tools, workflows, and automations to enhance the hiring process.
• You've already started experimenting with AI because you know hiring is changing, and you're excited to help define what comes next
